Brian Strozewski, LPCC-S, CCAT
Brian is a Certified Clinical Adventure Therapist (CCAT) with over 10 years of experience in community mental health in Northeast Ohio incorporating Adventure Therapy in a variety of settings and has been presenting on and training others in Adventure Therapy since 2011. After graduating with a master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Walsh University in 2012, Brian started his career as a School Based Mental Health Counselor in Stark County serving youth and families with complex trauma, and later worked in Lake County as an Outpatient Mental Health Counselor before becoming Supervisor of Intensive Family Services, where he trained and supervised staff and developed programming for at-risk youth. Brian opened Everchanging at the start of 2023 to serve his home county of Cuyahoga and surrounding counties through Adventure Therapy and Attachment-focused counseling. Brian is also currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Experiential Education (AEE), his professional home. In his free time, Brian enjoys being in Nature, rock climbing, cooking (and sometimes baking), and learning more about healing practices and our world.
Brian is a trauma-informed independently licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor (LPCC-S) and is trained in and practices Adventure Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, Attachment focused therapy, and Family Systems therapy.

Kate Baker Wlodyka, LISW-S
Kaitlyn Baker-Wlodyka is a licensed independent therapist with over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples and families. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a degree in Social Work with a focus on treatment of co-occurring addiction and mental health in direct practice care. Kaitlyn specializes in marriage and family therapy with an emphasis on providing support to families experiencing high conflict issues, including resist-refuse dynamics, co-parenting issues, court involvement, and navigating family needs post decree. Kaitlyn works closely with case workers, support staff, education staff, attorneys, and GAL’s to better support her clients and families. Her experiences working with families with a variety of barriers, including developmental trauma, mental health concerns, and domestic violence, have led her to support each family with a non-judgemental and strengths-based approach.
Kaitlyn is trained in Gottman method for couples counseling, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and families, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and other attachment-based trauma-informed modalities. Kaitlyn believes everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through past wounds and feel empowered to create something new and wonderful in their lives.

Our session length and frequency of therapy sessions is collaboratively determined to fit your needs. Because therapy is an investment of your time, money, and energy, we offer a free 30 minute consultation to make sure we’re a good fit together.

- 60 minute session: $130
- 90 minute session: $180
- Part and full day experiences start at $180
Who We Serve
Everchanging serves all ages (children, teens, adults) and we offer services for individuals seeking 1-on-1 therapy, couples at any stage of relationship, families including multi-generational adult families, and parent-focused therapy.
Everchanging is a self-pay only practice, we do not accept insurance at this time. We do accept HSA/FSA payments and offer Superbills.
